Daisy is a sweet, happy super smart female Rottie.  She’s currently being fostered with a 1 1/2 year old American bulldog, a six year old Frenchie, a 13 year old Yorkie and two cats.  She is GREAT with all the dogs and is getting better with the cats, she just wants to chase them if they run but she doesn't seem to want to be aggressive with them.  She is young (about 1 ½) and has lots of puppy energy so she gets walked twice a day, usually a half hour in the morning and 45 minutes minimally at night. That keeps her calm in the house. Daisy’s foster mom works from home so she hasn’t seen any separation anxiety. She does get crated if her mom runs errands just to make sure the cats get a break in case she decides to chase them (Daisy is working on correcting that behavior).

She’s a sweet loving dog and wants to please her people.  She’s working on her jumping up on people when they come over and is starting to get better. Daisy has been with her foster mom for about a month now so she listens much better as she wants foster mom to be happy with her.  She's not a big barker unless someone comes over but stops when she’s told to. She's really great that way.  She walks well on the leash and loves to say hi to other dogs. She has never shown aggression to any dog or person but you do have to watch her jumping up which she is working on. Like many dogs, Daisy wants to catch squirrels so you have to be on the lookout when you are walking her as she will lunge and pull when she sees. That’s also something she’s been working on and is starting to realize she shouldn't do this. Otherwise she walks incredibly well on the leash.

She sleeps on a dog bed next to her foster mom’s bed but doesn’t get on the bed. She is also learning not to get on the sofa. Foster mom doesn't care but her adopter may so she always tries to teach fosters manners that might help them in their final homes. Daisy has shown no signs of food aggression ever. She did show some toy aggression with the other dogs and the soft squeaky toys when she first arrived at her foster home. The toys were taken away and haven't been reintroduced but she loves the other dogs so much now that foster mom may try to reintroduce them again sometime soon.
