SSRR is looking for a Foster Coordinator for a few of our 14 southern states

SSRRis a 100% volunteer rescue organization. The Foster Coordinator helps our fosters navigate through our Foster Home Program as well as process foster applications for their assigned area.

This position assists with Foster Home selection, placement of foster animals into Foster Homes, works with Fosters to ensure proper veterinary treatment is received, among other duties. The Director of Foster Care supervises the Foster Coordinators and advises and assists them when it is needed.

It is very helpful if the Foster Coordinator has some veterinary knowledge but it is not absolutely necessary.

Previous experience with a rescue IS required.
